Our AIS base is located in Varese, Italy, about 40mins north of Milan.  It is a beautiful part of the world and paradise for our training needs.  There are plenty of mountains about, including the Swiss alps which are only just north of us.  For flatter recovery days, we have several lakes to choose from and coffee shops galore.
I flew over in early August and have competed in 3 races so far with the AIS.

2007 TVCC Novice Program in Canberra

August 25, 2007

With the coming of wamer weather and longer days, TVCC are re-commencing their Novice Program.

Because of so many people expressing interest, TVCC has decided to run two coached morning sessions a week: Friday and Wednesday mornings, so you can pick which day to come to.  To try and keep the groups reasonably even in ability, more confident riders should choose Friday, but TVCC might have to shuffle people a little bit to also keep the groups even in size.  You can select your group preference on the registration form which is now on the website.
