Over the weekend I scored another 2 wins in the Ronde du Vallees de Dinan and the 7th stage of the Trophee avon morros. They came after a dissapointing GP Plouay where I ran 20th.

Tour of Tasmania to be one of the toughest yet

The 2007 Tour of Tasmania will take a leap forward with six of its 11 stages to be raced on the northwest coast. The tour, to be held from October 2 to 7, will pass through nine municipalities. It will start for the first time in Devonport on Tuesday, October 2, and finish with a festival-style criterium at Launceston’s Brickfields Reserve on the following Sunday.

Australia’s Evans offers late challenge to Di Luca

ProTourGIFThe end-game of this year’s ProTour could well see 2005 overall  winner and current leader Danilo Di Luca under threat - from Australian Cadel Evans.

Far from letting his season slide after finishing second on the Champs Elysées this July, Tour runner-up Evans is taking his second half of the year very seriously.

Australian Sutherland crowned US NRC champion!

rc_07RedlandsS2Three Australians have finished in the top 5 of the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar (NRC) proving that Australia has dominated the US domestic scene this year.

Canberra’s Rory Sutherland and his Team Health Net presented by Maxxis squad were crowned overall men’s USA Cycling National Racing Calendar (NRC) champions as the U.S. 100K Classic in Atlanta on Monday signified the conclusion of the season-long calendar.
