Bradley McGee will leave la Française des Jeux and join Australian team mates Stuart O’Grady, Luke Roberts & Matt Gosss at Team CSC.
31 year old McGee has had a difficult season but hopes that the move to CSC will re-spark his past form. He has won stages in the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, Tour of Switzerland, Tour of Romandie, Critérium of Dauphiné, GP du Midi Libre and the Route du Sud.
He was also on the gold-medal winning Australian team pursuit team at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. At the same Games, he also won a silver medal in the 4,000m individual pursuit.
We will bring you more on this transfer as it comes to hand.
